The dimensions of the tent and twin air mattress combined is approximately 58”Wx75”L.
These tents/ mattresses can be arranged in many different configurations to make almost every space work.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the space is large enough to accommodate all tent/mattress combinations.
There will be no refunds if the space does not fit.

Please have an open, clean, debri free space with all furniture moved BEFORE arrival.
We will not move furniture. There will be a $50 fee if we have to move furniture.
Have everything removed from the space before we arrive for setup.

Set up is typically done day of or day prior. Tear downs are the day after. Exact dates and times will be discussed when booking.
Friday parties are more flexible with setups but pickup time on the following Saturday will be between 10am-noon. Saturday setups will be from 10am - 4pm and you will be allocated a 2- hour window for arrival. Sunday pickups will start at 11am. Alternate times can be discussed.

Pets should not be in the room during set up.
There will be a fee if products are damaged from pets.

There will be a cleaning fee if there is smoke damage to the products. This includes but not limited to burns, ash damage, odor that can’t be removed.

Sleepovers are perfect for children 3 and up!
Recommended ages:
Sleep Unders: 3-5
Big Kid Sleepovers: 6 and older

Please be mindful that mattresses are inflatable and infants should not be playing on them without adult supervision.
Keep flammables away from tents, mattresses, etc.

Sleepovers should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
4-6 weeks is preferred to make sure your date is available.
If your date is booked, you can contact us to be added to a waitlist.

We serve a 25 mile radius from Monroe, MI. Examples: Flat Rock, Grosse Ile, Trenton, Huron, Milan, Romulus, Monroe, Blissfield, and Toledo, OH area.
Additional miles charged a travel fee of $.50 per mile

Rentals are 24 hours unless there are prior arrangements made.
Additional fees will apply for extended time.

Steps for booking a party:
Fill out the form.
Once the form has been received, we will be in touch to confirm a date.
After the date has been determined, we will send the terms of conditions/ contract over.
Once the contract has been signed by the client, an invoice will be sent over.
When the $50 deposit has been received, your sleepover has been confirmed and is considered booked.
Final payment is due 2 days prior to the event.

Cancellation fee within 2 weeks of event will result in the forfeit of your $50 deposit.

The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value.
The following shall be considered the replacement value of rental equipment, should an item be unrepairable or missing at time of pickup:
Tents - $40
Soiled Mattress - $20
Tray Tables - $20
Sheets - $10
Lamp/ Light - $10
Decorative Pillow - $8
Decorative Lights, Garland, and other Decorative pieces - $5
